Dr. med. Davor Dzepina

Dr. Dzepina Als Sohn einer Arztfamilie ist es mir eine Ehre, das stolze Erbe meiner Vorfahren weiterzuführen. Ich studierte Humanmedizin an der Universität in Zagreb/Kroatien und bekam im Jahr 2000 nach mehrjähriger Erfahrung im Bereich der Ästhetischen und Rekonstruktiven Chirurgie das Facharztdiplom für HNO verliehen.
Meine Schwerpunkte legte ich dabei auf Nasenkorrekturen (Septorhinoplastik), Augenlidstraffungen (Blepharoplastik) und operative Eingriffe im Bereich der Ohren (Otoplastik). Ebenso galt mein großes Interesse schon immer nicht-invasiven Methoden der Gesichtsverjüngung sowie innovativen Techniken kosmetischer Operationen an Gesicht und Hals.

Im Rahmen meiner wissenschaftlichen und fachlichen Ausbildung besuchte ich zahlreiche Kongresse und Fachseminare in aller Welt. Bei regelmäßigen Meetings und Fortbildungen in den USA (New York, Chicago, Boston, Miami, Boca Raton, San Diego, Iowa City, Philadelphia, Denver) und in Europa (London, Frankfurt, Erlangen, Regensburg, Graz, Salzburg, Rom, UAE) erwarb ich ein umfangreiches Wissen, um so mein Können in plastischen und ästhetischen Hals- und Gesichtsoperationen weiter auszubauen und mit meinen Techniken stets am Puls der Zeit zu bleiben.

Ich bin der einzige Facharzt in Kroatien und einer der wenigen außerhalb der USA, der die Lizenz des American Board für Plastische und Rekonstruktive Gesichtschirurgie verliehen bekommen hat (ABFPRS – Lizenzierung Berufsverband die American Medical Association AMA, 2006). Das umfangreiche Prüfungsverfahren ist von allen Chirurgen zu absolvieren, die die Lizenz erwerben möchten, in den USA und in Kanada als Plastischer Chirurg arbeiten zu dürfen. Weiters wurde mir 2011 die Ehre zuteil, ein Fellow der European Board of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (FEBORL-HNS) absolvieren zu dürfen.
Neben meiner Tätigkeit als Ästhetischer Chirurg lehre ich an der Universität in Zagreb. 2010 wurde mir das Doktorrat der Wissenschaft verliehen und ich wurde ins Amt des leitenden wissenschaftlichen Assistenten der Universität berufen.
